Cal=Trak Gas Flow Calibrators
Smart-Trak 2 features Dial-A-Gas® technology for true digital performance in up to ten pre-programmed gases with the same unit (gas type list can be programmed on request). Another unique factor of the Model 100 is the pilot module which replaces expensive control/readout electronics and is available mounted to the face of the instrument or in a convenient hand-held version.
Cal=Trak's broad turndown ratio allows three interchangeable flow cells to cover the range from 5 sccm to 50 slpm, minimizing initial investment and maintenance costs. Alternatively, the modular nature of the Cal=Trak allows users to begin with one flow cell and then add additional cells as resources allow.

Our Model 840 is widely used in process control, leak detection, gas distribution and scientific research applications among many others. The integrated electro magnetic control valve provides precise, instantaneous control of gas delivery over the full range of the product. Our Model 840 uses Sierra’s patented sensor design with access ports to facilitate easy sensor cleaning. In addition, Sierra’s Platinum Sensor Technology eliminates zero-drift and creates excellent long-term reliability.

Mass-Trak® Model 810C meets the same performance criteria as any industry-standard MFC at an affordable price. Our Model 810C is available with a large LCD readout and provides two simultaneous analog output signals, 0-5 VDC and 4-20 mA. The control valve features a purge mode and a valve close command from an external contact. The built-in setpoint control and simple 24 VDC power supply eliminate the need for a separate power supply and readout electronics that can cost as much as a new MFC.

Pneumatic Gate Valve
Bayard-Alpert type hot-cathode ionization gauge tubes employ a heated filament for the source of electrons. They are preferred over cold-cathode gauges for their better accuracy and repeatability over time. They are offered in glass-envelope, metal-envelope, and nude versions. Because of their low initial cost, a glass gauge may be the most cost-effective. However, the danger of glass breakage may make a metal-encased version a better choice.

The pneumatic gate valve's actuator module consists of three major components : rod, bonnet and cylinder. The bonnet in the actuator module, includes an O-ring, and bellows component and pneumatic cylinder positioned on the bonnet, pushes the locking module into a flow preventing position. The locking module is linked to rods connected to the cylinder. 45psi to 55psi air pressure is used in the pneumatic cylinder to operate gate valve.
